Charlotte Moore is an award-winning writer, journalist and blogger from Austin, Texas. By the time she was 10, Charlotte was published in two Austin-area newspapers. Charlotte’s professional journalism career began in 1995 at the Austin American-Statesman where she worked as a lifestyle writer, reporter and columnist covering topics ranging from the dot.com boom of the 90s to the September 11th attacks. Charlotte went from the Austin American-Statesman to Cox Newspapers’ flagship publication, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. There, she worked as a health, fitness, lifestyle and self improvement reporter. Following the Journal-Constitution, Charlotte returned to Austin and began working as a television news producer for KEYE TV, a CBS affiliate. She covered breaking news, local politics and city government, entertainment and lifestyle. During this time, Charlotte was also a regular contributor to Austin Monthly Magazine. Currently, Charlotte is working on her debut book of short stories and is a self-employed writer and blogger based in Austin.
